Each Annual
junior programme
consists of: |

Bi-monthly individual assessment
sessions (6 x 1 hours) |

Monthly group coaching session (12 x 2 hours) |

Quarterly 'on course' group coaching session -
(4 x 3 hours) |

Group sessions will be arranged by age and
ability |

Monthly Group coaching sessions will include one
hour golf coaching |

and one hour on one or more of the following |

Golf etiquette and the rules of golf |
|
Nutrition and hydration |
|
Planning your calendar and commitments |
|
Tournament preparation |
|
Performance analysis |
|
Equipment |
|
Mental performance |
|
Career planning (including relationship with
academic targets) |

lesson, All Round Golf
recommends that an adult should accompany
